Delivery for UK customers:
All PRE-ORDERS will be ready to post around 30-60 days from order day. We move as fast as possible, so this can also be sooner.
We generally post ‘in-stock’ items (unless otherwise stated on description) within 7 days - Standard delivery costs £4.95
All made to order/print to order/embroidered to order items can take up-to 14 days to be delivered.
- Orders placed after 5pm Friday will be posted on Monday.
- Likewise, Saturday and Sunday orders will be posted on Monday.
- All Bank Holiday orders will be posted on the next working day.
- We use various delivery couriers for all UK orders
We send you a email with your Tracking number once we have parcelled your order. So please input at least one contact method and make sure it is 100% correct.
Delivery for European Customers
We use use various couriers throughout Europe, depending on your country. They aim to deliver your order to your country in 5 business days. However, they cannot guarantee this. This also does not include delivery to your address which is dependent on your countries post. As a result we hope to have your order with you in 5 - 7 business days, but this will vary from country to country. In our experience, parcels arrive within 7 business days 99% of the time, however please allow a few days extra for issues within your own countries postal system.
Delivery for International Customers
We use use various couriers throughout the world, depending on your country.They aim to deliver your order to your country in 5 - 7 business days. However, they cannot guarantee this.
Delivery time is very much dependent on your countries customs.
This also does not include delivery to your address which is dependent on your countries post. As a result we hope to have your order with you within 10 business days, but this will vary from country to country. In our experience, parcels arrive within 9 business days 99% of the time, however please allow longer before contacting us as issues can arise when a parcel is traveling that far. Read up about your own countries processing times, these vary depending on the time of year.
Returns are not covered by our shipping.
We offer 14 days from the date you receive your order for a Refund or Exchange.
Please be sure to return your items in the same condition as you received them as we're unable to refund or exchange items that have been worn or used.
In your returns parcel, please include a note of your name, order number and whether you'd like an exchange or refund.

Can I exchange an item for a different item?
No, you can only exchange something for the same product in a different size or colour.
What if the item I request to exchange for is out of stock?
If we do not have the item in stock that you ask for in exchange, we will automatically refund you the full the amount.
Can I return earrings?
Earrings are non-refundable for hygiene reasons.
We have to treat every customer fairly, this means every customer receives exactly the same service every time, without exception. We must stick to the returns policy. We will not refund or exchange outside of this period, without exception. We cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of any returned parcels, so please keep your tracking number.
It can take 5 to 10 days working days for your refund to reach you, depending on your bank.
After the initial returns period, until the first anniversary of your order, you can still return anything that doesn't meet your expectations. (Slip'n'trip damage, shoes that have been caught, scuffed or mauled by pets or worn while decorating etc doesn't qualify). If you're not happy, we will give you store credit for the amount you paid for that item.
We really are doing our best to make every part of your Ardsly experience as pleasant as possible, however we are sometimes processing such high volumes of orders that the flexibility that we would like to offer you is becoming difficult to provide.
